• Fifteen years experience in Structural Engineering and Construction.

• Ten years experience in residential home construction.

• Certified Graduate of Inspection Training Associates

• Certified New York State Department of Conservation Termite Inspector Lic. #C1833788 

• Certified by the American Concrete Industry Council for Concrete inspection and testing

• Has been performing inspections for over 10 years.

• Regularly attends additional classes and seminars to maintain an updated knowledge of new products and equipment used in today's homes.
